I remember rehabbing after knee surgery. I'd push myself really hard and then feel a pull in my hamstring or a popping in the joint (followed by pain and maybe even swelling) and I was sure I had injured it again. Probably the worst thing is to feel badly for your enthusiasm about those moments of strength. Take it easy, sure. But when you feel like putting some pressure on, roll with that too! You've got to feel the normal swells and valleys of life.Nathan Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01052854645688155130noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1263765907593943268.post-66899882355239027172007-10-15T16:31:00.000-04:002007-10-15T16:31:00.000-04:00Sooooo, how is the bone union going? I was following his blog about some travels in Chile, where, he tried to convince his doctor in Colorado that he should be able to ski in Chile....., needless to say, she said no. Take it slow cowboy!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09272462796744314361noreply@blogger.com
